These terms are the agreement between you and 3prong Media, LLC (“we”), who run Deal Me In. You agree to them when you tick the box as you create your account, and by using Deal Me In. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What Deal Me In is
Deal Me In is a free daily No-Limit Hold’em puzzle for entertainment and learning. You play one hand a day and each decision is scored. There is no real-money gambling: no bets, no deposits, no cash-outs and no prizes. Scores, ranks and streaks have no monetary value. Deal Me In isn’t connected with any poker site, casino or solver maker.
Everything is free today. If we add paid features, we’ll show the price and terms before you buy, and we’ll never charge you without your agreement.
Who can use it
- You must be 21 or older. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we’ll close it.
- You may only use Deal Me In where that’s allowed by the laws that apply to you.
- One account per person.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- Your username and display name are shown to other players (for example on leaderboards). Don’t pick one that is offensive, impersonates someone, or includes someone else’s personal information. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
- You can download your data or delete your account at any time from the Me tab. See the privacy policy.
Fair play
The daily ranked hand is a test of your own decisions. While playing it, please don’t:
- use solvers, other software or another person’s help to choose your actions;
- use more than one account, or automate play;
- try to see answers before you’ve finished, or interfere with the app or other players.
Sharing your result card is welcome, and so is talking about a hand after the day is over. We may remove scores, reset stats or close accounts that break these rules.
The poker content
Puzzle numbers come from a poker solver, given ranges and bet sizes we chose. They are a model, not the truth, and they may contain mistakes. Nothing in Deal Me In is financial, legal or gambling advice, or a promise that any play will win.
If we find a mistake in a puzzle, we may correct it, rescore that day, or take it out of the rankings.
Poker should stay fun. If gambling anywhere is causing problems for you, free help is on our problem gambling help page.
Our content
The app, its puzzles, text and design belong to us or our licensors. You may share your result card and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy puzzles in bulk or build another product from them.
Changes and availability
Deal Me In is provided as it is, and may change, pause or stop. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Using Deal Me In after that means you accept the new terms.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account from the Me tab. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Responsibility
Deal Me In is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including that it will always be available, error-free, or that its puzzle numbers are accurate.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Deal Me In, and our total liability to you for anything to do with it is limited to US$50. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States. Any dispute about them or about Deal Me Ingoes to the state or federal courts in Virginia.
Everything else
- If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
